I started building websites in 2008. We are fortunate to have amazing open-source web development software available to us these days. If you dislike the large tech companies, or big businesses who have too much control, being able to build your own website is one of the most effective ways for you to make your voice heard.

World Frog Day Website Stats

These are stats from exactly two weeks after we took the World Frog Day website live. Of interest:

– The site had 693 unique visitors from 47 countries in its first two weeks;

– The Musuem Of Modern Frog Art was the most visited page (more visitors than the homepage!);

– About two-thirds of the visitors were accessing the site through their mobile devices;

– Most visitors arrived via Facebook; Google has already begun sending organic traffic our way.
