Frogs are one of the most threatened groups of animals on the planet. Pradhikar aims to work towards the conservation of amphibians and the development of better methods for monitoring, managing, and preserving all wildlife in Bangladesh.
In order to rally support to SAVE THE FROGS!, Pradhikar is organizing three consecutive events to celebrate Save The Frogs Day. Pradhikar has been celebrating Save The Frogs Day each year since 2012 and invites you to join in their 2022 celebrations!
The first event will be a school awareness program held in Sylhet on May 18th or 19th and will feature rallies, art competitions, and presentations. The second event is a workshop program to be held at the Sylhet Agricultural University May 21st and will feature open discussions with other organizations. The final event is an eco-tour of the Ratargul Swamp Forest on the 3rd or 4th of June, which will be open to tourists and local people.
This event was supported through a Save The Frogs Day Grant in the amount of $750.

Event Report
On May 19, 2022, the 14th Annual Save The Frogs Day was celebrated as an event at Sylhet Agricultural University. This event was organized by প্রাধিকার -PRADHIKAR. The event, which was held in the Faculty of Veterinary, Animal, and Biomedical Sciences conference hall, was accompanied by University students, Pradhikar Advisers, and guests.
The sole purpose of holding such an event was to educate students and pique their interest in amphibian research. The students and volunteers were quite enthusiastic. There were approximately 120 people in that room.
We successfully arranged a Save The Frogs Day awareness-raising campaign in Sylhet on May 21, 2022, as our second event. Here, 170 individuals actively participate with us. This includes art, quiz, and presentation competitions. The goal of organizing this event was to raise student awareness about frog conservation and environmental cleanliness. This was a fantastic and fascinating activity. We had a great time and laughed a lot. We are preparing an eco-tour for the near future
