Large — 202mm circumference (about 8″)
Small — 180mm circumference (about 7″)
We suggest smalls for everybody but adult males with large wrists.

These wristbands are made of silicone, which is neither plastic, nor rubber. Silicone is made primarily of silica (derived from sand), and mixed with hydrocarbons. Silicone is extremely durable, and these wristbands should last many years. You can read about the pros and cons of silicone here and here. From our perspective, their extreme durability and ability to help spread the word about amphibians make these wristbands a great frog saving product.
